12 - 14 inch high bush in a 1 gallon pot
Incredible, delicious cherries from a bush rather than a large tree. Great in any garden and takes only 1/4 the room of a traditional tree.
Self-pollinating. Large, black to dark red, round cherries ripen in August. Good, sweet, balanced flavour for fresh eating. Plant 2 different varieties for greater fruit yields.
Another other incredibly hardy plant developed for Canadian winters by The University of Saskatchewan.
Dwarf Bush cherries require less room to grow than a traditional cherry tree and don't grow quite so big, making harvests easier. Their diminished size also makes it more convenient to apply netting to discourage birds from eating the fruit.
Every garden should make room for one or more of these incredible bush cherry varieties.
Bush will grow to 5-7 ft. high x 4-5 ft. wide. Plant in full sun.
Extremely Hardy. Zone 3
